The Rollup podcast host Andy stated that the probability of the CLARITY Act passing is extremely low, actually only 3% to 5%, far below the 18% predicted by Polymarket. Andy mentioned that there is a general consensus within Washington, D.C. that the bill will not pass. In the future, the CLARITY Act may be split into independent bills focusing on segments such as stablecoins, asset tokenization, perpetual contracts, and prediction markets.
