04:56 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- An Amazon (AMZN) Prime Air cargo flight overran a runway while landing at Miami International Airport, crashing and killing at least five people and injuring a few Sunday, Reuters reported Monday, citing local officials. The Boeing (BA) 767-300 freighter had departed from San Juan, Puerto Rico, the news agency reported, citing flight tracking service Flightradar24. Cargo airline 21 Air operated the aircraft for Amazon, a spokesperson for the e-commerce giant told Reuters. Amazon and Boeing didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
