- IFRS net result turned to a loss of €2.4 million from a profit a year earlier, hit by a €4 million non-cash impairment.
- Adjusted EBITDA fell to €15.2 million, down from €21.6 million; margin narrowed 4.6 percentage points to 12.2%.
- Net financial position widened to €98 million from €47.9 million at end-2025, reflecting Sofar acquisition spending and capex.
