05:12 PM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Capital (ARCC) on Tuesday priced an underwritten public offering of $750 million in 6.250% notes due 2033. Ares Capital said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay outstanding debt under its credit facilities, with the ability to reborrow for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close Sept. 15.
