M1 Kliniken H1 FY26 net profit slips 9.7% to EUR 11.32 million; sales drop 58.3% to EUR 76.6 million
Reuters2026/09/09 06:31- M1 Kliniken posted Jan-Jun 2026 sales of EUR 76.6 million, down 58.3%, on the HAEMATO Pharm GmbH disposal.
- EBIT slipped 12.9% to EUR 15.6 million; the EBIT margin more than doubled to 20.4%, up 10.6 percentage points.
- Net profit fell 9.7% to EUR 11.3 million; basic earnings per share eased to EUR 0.52.
- Cash and cash equivalents climbed 60.2% to EUR 60.5 million; equity rose to EUR 152.3 million, lifting the equity ratio to 85.8%.
- Beauty segment turnover increased 11% to EUR 56.9 million; the network expanded to 60 specialist centers across 10 countries.
