Rocket Lab rose nearly 4% pre-market after launching a new generation of solar cells designed specifically for space applications; optical communication concept stocks continued to rise, with Nokia up nearly 5%, Corning and AAOI both up over 1%; cryptocurrency concept stocks Strategy and BMNR rose nearly 3%, while Coinbase gained nearly 2%.
