InnovAge Holding (INNV) shares were up 13.4% in Wednesday's premarket activity after the company swung to earnings in fiscal Q4 following stronger-than-expected sales growth. The company reported fiscal Q4 net income of $0.06 per diluted share late Tuesday, up from a loss of $0.01 a year earlier. Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected earnings of $0.09. Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $262 million from $221.4 million a year earlier. Three analysts projected $238.3 million. The company expects fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.05 billion to $1.085 billion. Three analysts project $1.04 billion.
