Xanadu Quantum Technologies, ASML to Develop Lithography for Photonic Quantum Hardware

08:01 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Xanadu Quantum Technologies (XNDU) and ASML (ASML) said Wednesday they are collaborating to develop advanced lithography processes for Xanadu's photonic quantum hardware. The companies said they will explore processes to improve patterning control and reduce optical losses to support fault-tolerant quantum hardware. Financial details of the collaboration were not provided. Xanadu Quantum Technologies shares were up 2.7%, while ASML shares were down 2.4% in premarket activity Wednesday.
