Tessellis group insolvency talks extended as court prolongs creditor protections by 120 days

- The decree also cleared the sale of Go Internet’s B2B business to DHH.
- Sale documents were signed July 29 for the Go Internet B2B unit, including X-Stream, and Tiscali Italia’s stake in Aetherna.
- Total consideration was EUR 4.2 million, paid in full at signing.
