- Notes will carry a 4.54% annual coupon, issued at par, with semi-annual interest starting March 16, 2027.
- Expected closing set for Sept. 16, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
- Net proceeds earmarked to replenish cash used for the Public Storage Canada acquisition, with remaining funds for general corporate purposes.
