- Wellness Market, which represents Holland & Barrett in Greece, will be contributed to DrP Group in exchange for a 15% stake.
- Existing DrP Group shareholders will retain 85%; Fourlis will take a board seat with customary minority shareholder protections.
- Transaction completion remains subject to customary closing conditions.
