- Added a 300-foot flat-top deck barge newbuild in Shanghai, delivery in 1Q 2027, priced at about USD 3.2 million.
- Signed new committed loan facilities with National Bank of Fujairah totaling up to USD 28 million, secured against new and existing vessels.
- Loans include a USD 8 million tranche from September 2026, USD 4 million in 1Q 2027, up to USD 16 million from mid-2027.
- Each medium-term loan carries a 60-month repayment period from drawdown, supporting construction payments for the fleet expansion.
