QumulusAI Completes Nvidia Blackwell B300 Deployment, Activates $18 Million Agreement

08:04 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- QumulusAI (QMLS) said Thursday that it completed deployment of Nvidia (NVDA) Blackwell B300 GPU capacity at its Philadelphia colocation site, activating an $18 million, two-year take-or-pay agreement announced in July. The company said the full contracted capacity has been handed over to its customer and is now live and in production. The agreement was signed with a GPU cloud marketplace serving AI teams across more than 100 regions worldwide, QumulusAI said. Shares of QumulusAI were down 1.5% in premarket activity Thursday.
