- Facility includes an option to increase to USD 30 million by mutual agreement.
- USD 20 million was funded at closing to support NeoVolta’s growth.
- NeoVolta is developing a 210,600-square-foot battery storage manufacturing facility in Pendergrass, Georgia, targeting up to 2 GWh capacity.
