- The investor presentation highlighted a more than decade-long outperformance, citing a 6% cement sales volume CAGR from 2013 to 2025 versus 2% for the broader cement market.
- The company said it participated in 77 of 148 data centers under construction in Virginia in 2026, with about 250 additional sites in preconstruction.
- Titan America is expanding cement capacity at its Pennsuco and Roanoke plants to 4.9 million short tons by 2030 from 3.8 million short tons.
- It is investing about $30 million in a Pennsylvania fly ash beneficiation plant expected to be fully operational in Q3 2027.
