"Fed mouthpiece" Nick Timiraos: In the August CPI data, core services inflation excluding housing rose 0.51% month-on-month, the highest level since January, and increased 3% year-on-year. Core goods inflation rose 0.11% month-on-month and 0.7% year-on-year. Housing inflation rose 0.26% month-on-month and 3% year-on-year.
