Bank of Nova Scotia Rolls Out Growth Institute

06:44 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) launched a new platform focused on supporting "key stakeholders" in advancing long-term economic growth in Canada and across North America, the company said Monday. Kirsten Hillman will be lead strategic adviser for the newly launched Scotia Growth Institute. Scotiabank committed more than 100 billion Canadian dollars ($71.96 billion) in financing, underwriting, and investment, to be available to support Canadian companies and projects in various sectors, the company said.
