ONGold updates Monument Bay gold resource estimate to 2 million oz measured and indicated gold
Reuters2026/09/14 11:33- ONGold reported a July 31, 2026 mineral resource update for the Monument Bay gold project in Manitoba.
- Measured and indicated resources: 74,390,000 tonnes at 0.84 g/t gold, totaling 2,009,000 ounces within a conceptual open-pit shell.
- Inferred resources: 24,456,000 tonnes at 0.62 g/t gold, totaling 491,000 ounces.
- Resource constrained above a 0.20 g/t cut-off, using a US$ 3,000 gold price assumption with 88.5%-94.5% recovery.
- SRK proposed a Phase I program of about 20 diamond holes totaling 11,150 meters to test higher-grade zones beyond the pit shell.
