Onterris Secures $6.5 Million Contract From Canadian Firm to Provide Environmental Services

10:39 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Onterris (ONT) said Monday that it secured a contract worth over 9 million Canadian dollars ($6.5 million) from a Canadian energy infrastructure firm to provide environmental services. Under the new contract, Onterris said it will provide environmental services throughout pre-construction, construction, and final clean-up activities for a CA$3 billion natural gas transmission project. The company said the contract's scope includes support for wildlife protection, aquatic habitat monitoring, nesting bird and migratory bird compliance, and other activities.
