Fredonia Mining to Raise CA$10 Million Via 'Bought-Deal' Private Placement

12:37 PM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fredonia Mining (FRED.V), on behalf of itself and a syndicate of underwriters, entered into an agreement with ATB Cormark Capital Markets in connection with a "bought deal" private placement for about CA$10 million, it said in a statement on Monday. The offering will include the sale of 15.4-million common shares at CA$0.65 apiece. The company granted the underwriters an option to increase the size of the offering to raise additional proceeds of up to CA$1.5 million. Proceeds will be used for the exploration and advancement of its El Dorado Monserrat Project in Santa Cruz province, Argentina, and for general corporate and working capital needs, it said.
