03:04 PM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Moon Metals (BMM), along with Elmet (ELMT) and EQ Resources, made a binding agreement for a series of investments worth $150 million to $175 million in Blue Moon's Springer Tungsten Complex in Nevada, the companies said Monday. Elmet shares soared 35% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 12.4 million from a daily average of about 418,000. EverCommerce (EVCM) expanded its share buyback program to $325 million from $300 million authorized through Dec. 31, 2027, the company said Friday.
