FedEx prices about €2 billion, $1.1 billion bond offerings
Reuters2026/09/14 20:29- FedEx priced a multi-tranche notes offering totaling €2 billion, split between 4% Notes due 2030 and 4.625% Notes due 2034.
- A separate USD deal issued $ 1.1 billion of 5.75% Notes due 2036.
- Both offerings closed on Sept. 14, 2026.
