- The plan cited a PIPE financing targeting about $6.6 million in net proceeds; Tranche One closed Aug. 5, 2026 for $4.8 million.
- Nasdaq imposed a one-year Discretionary Panel Monitor effective Aug. 17, 2026, tightening the path to cure any future rule breach.
- Any new noncompliance during monitoring can trigger a delisting determination letter without additional time to regain compliance.
