Sysco Prices Stock Offering at $81 a Share

03:34 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sysco (SYY) has priced a public offering of 12.3 million common shares at $81 each, the company said late Monday. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $150 million worth of shares to cover over-allotments. Net proceeds will be used to partially fund the pending acquisition of Jetro Restaurant Depot, Sysco said. Closing is expected to occur on Sept. 16, subject to customary conditions.
