Soma Gold Discovers New High-Grade Vein at Cordero Mine

06:03 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Soma Gold (SOMA.V) has discovered a new high-grade vein zone in the Upper Atenas Zone of the Cordero Mine in Colombia, the company said Tuesday. Soma released drill results with highlights that include 15.3 grams per tonne gold over 6.05 meters, including 60.5 g/t gold over 0.64 m; and 28.2 g/t gold over 3.0 m, including 167.2 g/t gold over 0.47 m. The discovery, along with continued infill and exploration drilling, is expected to add gold ounces to Cordero's mineral resource.
