08:54 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were edging higher pre-bell Tuesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.1% and the iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) advancing by 1.2%. Nokia (NOK) and Telxius are deploying 800G optical technology across terrestrial networks in Europe, the US and Latin America to meet rising cloud, AI and data-center connectivity demand, the companies said. Nokia shares were up 2.7% premarket.
