LYC Healthcare increased the proposed size of its upcoming IPO on Tuesday. The company now plans to offer 6.3 million shares at a proposed price of $4 per share, aiming to raise $25 million.

According to Golden Ten Data, LYC Healthcare, which operates medical clinics and orthopedic surgery centers in Singapore, increased the proposed size of its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) on Tuesday. The company now plans to issue 6.3 million shares at a proposed price of $4 per share, aiming to raise $25 million. Previously, LYC Healthcare had filed to offer 3 million shares with an expected price range of $4 to $6 per share. With the adjusted offering size, the company anticipates raising 67% more than previously expected, corresponding to a market capitalization of $137 million. LYC Healthcare plans to list on Nasdaq, but has not yet determined a stock code.

Founded in 2017, LYC Healthcare is a multidisciplinary specialist medical service provider based in Singapore. Through two operating subsidiaries, five medical clinics, and advanced in-house imaging facilities, the company offers integrated musculoskeletal medical services. LYC Healthcare has four doctors, including two specialists, able to perform computer-navigated total hip and knee replacement surgeries, as well as minimally invasive and interventional procedures. The company also provides MRI, CT, X-ray, bone mineral density (BMD), and ultrasound imaging examinations, and delivers on-site physiotherapy services through a three-year collaboration. LYC Healthcare serves patients with degenerative joint disease, spinal conditions, sports injuries, metabolic diseases, and osteoporosis; its services include health screening, diagnostic imaging, treatment, and rehabilitation. Data shows the company had revenues of $14 million in the 12 months ended March 31, 2025.
