Beta Bionics Prices $150 Million Public Offering

04:05 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Beta Bionics priced an underwritten public offering of about 7.7 million shares at $17.25 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase about 1 million shares at $17.2499 per share, the company said late Tuesday. Proceeds from this offering, expected to close Thursday, are expected to be $150 million. Underwriters have been granted a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to about 1.3 million additional shares. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
