Phoenix Education Partners to Acquire Workforce Transformation Platform Fuel50

04:54 PM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Phoenix Education Partners (PXED) said late Thursday it has agreed to acquire Fuel50, an artificial intelligence workforce transformation platform. Financial details weren't provided. The acquisition will expand Fuel50's workforce intelligence, talent marketplace and workforce planning capabilities, as well as its reach with enterprise employers, Phoenix Education said. Fuel50 will continue operating under its own brand after the deal closes, which is expected within 30 days, subject to Fuel50 stockholder approval, Phoenix Education said.
