Orion180 Insurance Group (OIG.US) has announced its IPO pricing terms, offering 20 million shares at $12 per share, raising $240 million, which is below the previously expected range of $15 to $17 per share.

According to Jinzi Finance APP, the American insurance company Orion180 Insurance Group (OIG.US) has announced the pricing terms for its IPO, issuing 20 million shares at $12 per share to raise $240 million—lower than the previously expected range of $15 to $17 per share. Based on this issue price, the company's fully diluted market value is $1.2 billion. The company's shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq on September 18 with the stock code "OIG".

Orion180 Insurance Group stated that, based on direct written premium, it is the second-largest excess and surplus ("E&S") homeowners insurance provider in the United States, with business covering 14 states. For the twelve months ended June 30, 2026, its managed written premium reached approximately $601 million, and since its founding, it has sold over 670,000 policies. As of June 30, 2026, its diversified product portfolio covers E&S and admitted homeowners insurance, private flood insurance, as well as a range of ancillary products, distributed through a network of over 14,000 active independent agents. In 2025, 51% of its managed written premiums came from traditional non-admitted products, focusing on coastal and catastrophe-prone properties in high-risk areas.

Orion180 Insurance Group was founded in 2015 and achieved revenue of $145 million for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026. RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank, Raymond James, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Citizens JMP, and Texas Capital Securities are the joint bookrunners for this IPO.
