Trump announces Greenland security agreement, shares of three related companies surge

The stock prices of three companies with mining and energy projects in Greenland have surged significantly. So far, Critical Metals' U.S. pre-market shares are up over 32%, Greenland Energy Company has risen over 146%, and Greenland Mines is up over 76%. According to reports, U.S. President Trump announced a security agreement with Denmark and Greenland, under which the U.S. will have a permanent role in Greenland’s security affairs and plans to expand its military presence on the island.
