Constellation Energy, Toyota Sign 15-Year Renewable Energy Agreement

11:29 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Energy (CEG) has entered into a 15-year contract to provide Toyota Motor (TM) in North America with renewable energy certificates from a Texas solar project, the companies said Monday. The energy producer supported the deal by entering a separate power purchase agreement with Ferrovial for over 115 megawatts of capacity from the Milano Solar facility, Constellation said. The project is expected to begin commercial operations in September 2027 to generate roughly 246,000 megawatt-hours of renewable energy annually, the company added.
