Two tech giants clash over AI shopping! Amazon (AMZN.US) bans Meta’s (META.US) Muse AI agent.

According to Zhihu Finance APP, Amazon (AMZN.US) has blocked Meta's (META.US) newly launched AI agent Muse from accessing its retail website. Reportedly, since last Sunday evening local time, when users attempt to shop on Amazon via Muse, they receive a notice stating that unauthorized AI agents continuously accessing Amazon violates its terms of use. Amazon stated that it had previously requested Meta to exclude the Amazon e-commerce site from Muse's service, but negotiations failed.
