Energy Vault Acquires 2.3 GW Battery Energy Storage Sytem Development Portfolio From Goshe

10:26 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Vault (NRGV) said Tuesday it acquired 2.3 gigawatts of US battery energy storage system projects across 15 developments from Goshe Energy Storage for its Asset Vault platform. The portfolio includes two ready-to-build projects totaling 350 megawatts, expected to begin operations in Q1 2028 and generate about $30 million in combined annual run-rate EBITDA, the company said.
