- Offer acceptances totaled 7,568,145 shares, or 61.15%, during the initial period; a further 22.10% stake was secured from Lantano.
- A two-week additional acceptance window runs Sept. 23 to Oct. 6, offering EUR 81 per share.
- Persistent plans to pursue a delisting of Nagarro shares from Frankfurt’s Prime Standard, which could reduce trading liquidity.
- Transaction closing is expected by the end of Q1 CY27, subject to remaining regulatory approvals.
