Kirkland Lake Discoveries Upsizes Brokered Private Placement to CA$17.3 Million

10:37 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kirkland Lake Discoveries (KLDC.V) entered into an amendment agreement with Canaccord Genuity to upsize its "best efforts" private placement offering to CA$17.3 million from CA$15 million, it said in a statement on Tuesday. The offering will now consist of flow-through common shares (FT shares) at CA$0.40 per FT share, and special flow-through common shares (special FT shares) at CA$0.483 per special FT share, in any combination, for about CA$12.3 million. The offering will also consist of up to 14.3-million common shares (HD shares) at CA$0.35 per HD share for up to about CA$5 million. Each of the FT shares and special FT shares will qualify as a "flow-through share," it said. The agents and the company also agreed to amend and increase the size of the option granted to the agents to up to about CA$2.9 million of additional FT shares, HD shares or a combination thereof, from CA$2.3 million. Shares of the company were last seen down 1.3% at CA$0.375 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
