The REIT sold underwriters 11.4-million units at CA$20.20 each, including the full exercise of their 1.5-million unit over-allotment option. Proceeds are earmarked for acquisitions and for general trust purposes. The REIT's units were last seen up CA$0.10, or 0.5% to CA$21.27 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
