Choice Properties Closed Private Placement of CA$300 Million of Series Y Senior Unsecured Debentures

11:42 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CHP-UN.TO) on Tuesday said it closed private placement of CA$300 million of series Y senior unsecured debentures. The debentures bear an interest at a rate of 4.836% per year and mature in September, 2033. Proceeds, together with other available funds, will be used to repay upon maturity its outstanding CA$350 million of 2.456% series Q senior unsecured debentures due Nov. 30, it said.
