Formation Metals Intersects Gold Just Below Surface at N2 Property in Quebec

12:10 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Formation Metals (FOMO.CN) said on Tuesday that recent assay results from its N2 property in Quebec intersected gold seven meters below the surface. Hole N2-26-033 returned continuous gold mineralization through almost its first 100 meters, a statement added, intersecting 0.98 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 95.6 meters. "The best grades in this hole are at the very top: 3.14 g/t Au over 10 metres starting seven metres below surface. Gold this close to surface, this thick and this consistent is exactly what open-pit investors look for, and in our view it's what sets N2 apart," said Chief Executive Officer Deepak Varshney.
