- Consideration to be paid entirely in new shares priced at USD 0.3 each; about 377 million shares expected at completion.
- AHTS AS also secured sell-down commitments for additional vessel-owning project companies; committed stake priced at about USD 90 million, paid in shares.
- Closing targeted around Oct. 1, contingent on a USD 175 million private placement; total new debt targeted at about USD 150 million.
