UBS said it sees the readout as a meaningful positive for the broader Caplyta franchise and noted effect size on efficacy as particularly noteworthy, while statistically significant separation from placebo as early as Day 3 could support broader use. UBS said Caplyta's safety was consistent with its established profile, with dry mouth and nausea each reported in 7.9% of patients. The brokerage said it expects generic competition to remain limited beyond the next decade. UBS maintained a buy rating on th stock with a $320 per share price target.
