InnovAge selling stockholders launch secondary offering of 10 million shares
Bitget2026/09/22 20:02- InnovAge launched an underwritten secondary offering of 10,000,000 common shares by Apax Partners and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe funds.
- Selling stockholders may grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 1,500,000 additional common shares.
- InnovAge is not selling any shares, will not receive proceeds, and will cover offering costs excluding underwriting discounts and commissions.
- Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo Securities are joint book-running managers for the transaction.
