- Shareholders approved and adopted the definitive merger agreement; the acquisition itself has not yet closed.
- Closing remains targeted for late 2026 or early 2027, subject to remaining customary conditions and regulatory clearances.

German equipment manufacturer SCHMID has disclosed that it is collaborating with core firms in the supply chains of Intel, Nvidia, and AMD to develop glass substrate production equipment.
