PG&E, GM Energy Launch Smart Charge Bundle for EV Owners

10:12 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PG&E (PCG) subsidiary Pacific Gas and Electric said Wednesday it has entered into a partnership with General Motors (GM) GM Energy unit to launch the Smart Charge Bundle to give Northern and Central California customers a home charging station and utility incentives. The bundle includes a charger at no additional cost and $15 in monthly bill credits on customers' PG&E bills after installation, the utility provider said.
