10:04 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IBM (IBM) said Thursday it acquired UK cybersecurity consultancy Logiq Consulting, which specializes in regulated industries, defense, critical national infrastructure and the public sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. Logiq provides cybersecurity and digital transformation services. IBM said the acquisition will expand its cybersecurity capabilities and complement SiXworks' digital transformation expertise. IBM shares were down 2.7% in early Thursday trading. Price: 226.50, Change: -6.26, Percent Change: -2.69
