Verdera Energy Intends to Start a Normal Course Issuer Bid

10:30 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Verdera Energy (V.V) intends to start a normal course issuer bid through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), it said in a statement on Thursday. The company may, during the 12-month period starting Sept. 29, 2026, and ending Sept. 28, 2027, buy back up to 3.8-million of its common shares in total, about 5% of the 75.8-million common shares issued and outstanding as of Sept. 23. The company's shares last traded Sept. 23, closing at CA$0.34 on the TSXV.
