- Restructuring support agreement targets USD 490 million of new capital at OpCo post-exit, including USD 140 million of pari passu senior debt.
- AG committed USD 70 million of the new senior debt, while agreeing to provide up to USD 178 million of USD 258 million post-petition funding.
- OpCo offered an interest deferral option for senior bonds; AG will guarantee timely interest under the deferral for insured bonds.
