SHIB Rallies 9% on Major 200-Day Breakout, Bulls Eye Next Target

  • SHIB surged 9%, breaking above the 200-day moving average near $0.00000562.
  • Bulls now target $0.00000608 resistance, followed by the August peak near $0.00000620.
  • Exchange inflows exceeded outflows, signaling potential profit-taking but limited heavy selling pressure.

Shiba Inu has caught traders’ attention after a sharp 9% daily rally. SHIB climbed from roughly $0.00000550 toward the $0.00000608 level. The move pushed the token above a major technical barrier. Buyers now face another test near the recent daily high. Exchange flows also offer a reason for caution after the strong move. The next few sessions could show whether SHIB can hold the breakout and extend recovery momentum. For now, many traders are hoping the bullish trend will continue.

Shiba Inu Price Clears Major Barrier

SHIB opened near $0.00000550 before gaining 8.56% during the session. Trading activity also increased as buyers pushed toward $0.00000600. More importantly, SHIB moved above the 200-day moving average. The average sat near $0.00000562 during the latest move. This level had previously limited several recovery attempts. Breaking above the average gives buyers a stronger technical position.

However, the breakout still needs confirmation from future price action. SHIB must hold above $0.00000562 after the initial buying pressure fades. A sustained move above this level could strengthen the current recovery structure. The next resistance sits near $0.00000608, which marked the latest session high. A clean move above that area could shift attention toward $0.00000620.

That level sits near the August peak and could attract fresh selling pressure. If buyers fail to defend the breakout, support could emerge near $0.00000562. A deeper pullback could then bring $0.00000545 to $0.00000550 into focus. These levels could help traders assess whether buyers still control short-term momentum.

Exchange Flows Add Some Caution

Exchange data presents a slightly more cautious picture after the strong rally. Santiment recorded roughly 111.23 billion SHIB entering exchanges. Around 87.75 billion SHIB moved away from exchanges during the same period. That produced a net inflow of approximately 23.48 billion tokens. The inflow remains modest compared with larger spikes shown previously. Therefore, current data does not signal heavy selling pressure from exchange movements.

Still, some holders could prepare to secure profits after the recent recovery. The breakout remains relevant while SHIB holds above $0.00000562. Buyers could gain more confidence if price moves above $0.00000608. A break below $0.00000562 would weaken the latest technical move. Traders may then watch the $0.00000545 to $0.00000550 zone.

SHIB now faces a clear technical test after the 9% rally. Holding the 200-day average could support further recovery attempts. Breaking $0.00000608 could open another test near $0.00000620. However, exchange flows show why traders may still approach the move carefully.

Besant stated that he had a "productive call" with Japanese Finance Minister Mitsuru Sakazuki on Friday, during which they discussed the desirability of a strong yen that reflects Japan's robust economic fundamentals and emphasized the importance of maintaining close communication regarding the foreign exchange market. Sakazuki earlier revealed that during a meeting this week between Trump and Sanae Takaichi, both mentioned the weakening yen. Takaichi said that the undervaluation of the yen is "problematic." Institutions believe that the risk of intervention may "cap" the yen's decline.
