According to German media, the German Bundestag has passed a fuel discount plan, effective from October to December. This measure aims to address high oil prices caused by the Middle East war by reducing diesel and gasoline prices by 0.17 euros per liter. The German Bundesrat is also expected to approve this plan this Friday.
