International crude oil prices extended their losses, with WTI crude oil down nearly 3.5% intraday at $90.54 per barrel, and Brent crude oil down over 4% at $96.56 per barrel. On the news front, the US-Iran negotiations have reportedly entered the technical consultation stage. The market expects that supply-side pressures may ease, driving oil prices lower.
